Karen Druffel
President
Karen is the guiding force behind the company’s vision and strategic direction. She has spent the last sixteen years polishing her role as a specialist in software integration, with twelve of those years focused on Oracle/PeopleSoft. Her experience and knowledge in information systems consulting afford her the unique hands-on perspective not resident in many executive leaders.
Since TI was founded in 1997, Karen has focused her attention on providing superior customer service to the Department of Defense’s Intelligence communities and to a range of commercial entities. She possesses a strong resilience for loyalty, quality and commitment. These characteristics are the foundation for the approach TI takes in serving our clients.
Karen holds an Engineering degree from the University of Virginia with minors in Management and Management Information Systems. She enjoys cycling and spending time with her two sons.
John Druffel
Vice President
John is a 20 year veteran in the information technology arena. As a well-respected technical mind among Oracle/PeopleSoft experts, his technical direction and savvy have laid the foundation for the innovative solutions that drive success home for our clients. John is also committed to the development of standards, tools and techniques that are fundamental practices for our technical direction and methodology.
John holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He also enjoys cycling and spending time with his two sons.
